StyleBoston

This weekend the television program StyleBoston ran a feature called "24 Hours in Maine" that featured local galleries, restaurants, and artists, including an interview with me in my studio and at the current group show "I'm Just Sayin'/I Know Right?" at Whitney Art Works.

You can now see it on Scene Spotter section of the StyleBoston website.

6/6/6 card

Here is the card image I designed for the 6/6/6 traveling exhibition that kicks off in San Francisco in January and runs through 2011. The card features images of each of the six artists featured in the show. It's a riff on the Hipgnosis cover for the AC/DC album Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap.

Video of Space Block Party

Space Gallery just posted this great video of sounds and scenes from the fantastical Block Party on September 11, 2010. I was one of about twenty artists who participated in a steamroller printing project with Pickwick Independent Press. You can see me pulling my print at the 4:13" mark.

Installation Shots from Whitney Art Works

Here are some installation shots from "I'm Just Sayin'/I Know Right?" at Whitney Art Works. Clearly I am not a photographer but this will hopefully give you an idea of what the show looks like. The wall piece is about 20 feet long and was drawn directly on the wall with oil-paint markers in about five hours, two days before the show opened. It is not the first wall piece I've done, but probably the most nerve-racking.
